Brilliant wee trip sailing doon the water

As the last active, operational paddle-steamer still in service, still plying the waves in regular service to the public, a voyage on the Waverly is not only to be considered a fun-filled, enjoyable, scenic day out, but may also be quite rightly considered to be participating in history itself; do yourself a favour and take to sea on this wonderful, historical craft and carve your own special place in Scotland's Maritime History

After a very tragic accident in Ayrshire yesterday, our coach was diverted when it came off the ferry from Belfast, although it put an extra hour on to our journey on the way home, top marks to our drivers who were more than competent to negotiate difficult roads. Condolences to the family of the fatality.

Nice place to walk through. Great in the spring when the crocus's are out. Last visit was a bit disappointing due to the lack of maintenance in the gardens.

Lovely little Park for a short excursion out of your busy life.

Tennis courts and skate park and childrens playground.

Lovely site with great friendly helpful friendly staff. Nice short riverside walk into Ayr. We shall return.

Nice well kept site. Wardens take the time to acknowledge visitors when passing (which I have found wardens rarely do!).Dissappointing that dog owners allow their dogs to foul the site albeit they clean up after. Should be exercising dogs offsite.
