Local Advice for Ayr

I had a phobia about snakes.. and I contacted gemma who agreed to help me out. Well she certainly helped me out with it. She made me relaxed never judged me but she made the sessions fun. I have to say after a few weeks of getting help . I could not only say the word snake which I could not before I went to see her but I was able to watch videos on you tube bout them. And in the next few weeks I will be going to hold one for real. I CANNOT thank gemma enough for her help and I would certainly recommend her . I would give her more than five stars if I could. Thats how good she is in my eyes thank you gemma for all your help bruce

I went to Kevin following a recommendation from a friend who had lost weight quickly and easily. I was skeptical before I met Kevin who immediately put me at ease and explained why hypnotherapy can work so well for people like me who’ve tried loads of different diets and never stuck to them! I’ve lost weight consistently from the first session and continue to do so after having my last session a few weeks ago. I have had a major phobia of spiders for years, 2 sessions with Kevin has sorted that! He made me feel comfortable and was honest about what to expect - I may always dislike spiders but I can now look at them without feeling sick and have walked past one that’s hanging from my roof several times without even thinking about it. The treatment was relaxing and I never felt out of control, I would highly recommend this clinic.
