Very pleasant staff. Plenty of parking, either at the back of the premises or on street in Wellington Square. If you want free on street parking you'll find spaces (if you are lucky) on either side of the County Buildings or the prom.

After years of wear and tear in the army, my lower back and knees were feeling pretty worn out. I had multiple visits to physios with no joy. I have had 2 adjustments so far from Daisy and i can already feel a big difference. I even managed to run more than 5km without my back seizing up. Something I havent been able to do for over a year.
YES YES. Pass this on to your comments section Folks just been for my first appointment. Diagnosis scrutiny spot on ascertaining what treatment would be appropriate. Given first treatment . All of the above all done within one hour. Magical feeling and dexterity 100 percent already. So really looking forward to how much more successful I will feel / be once treatment programme is completed. By the way I had a great nights sleep 10 hours Thanks again Adam

I highly recommend Ross at Peak Fitness Physiotherapy. I've been managing the symptoms of a minor, but niggling, physical condition for over 5 years. I've sought advice & treatment from my GP and a number of physical therapists over that time, however Ross has been the only one able to successfully identify the problem, treat the cause and provide a really effective exercise plan. I recommend Ross with thanks. G

My approach to finding hypnotherapy came from a conversation with a colleague who had recently started training as a hypnotherapist– so, perhaps I had higher expectations than others on how hypnotherapy could be an answer to my driving anxiety. I also come from a scientific background so I did a lot of research to find West Coast Hypnosis – as I knew I had to find a qualified and accredited practitioner and I was impressed by Naomi’s qualifications and an informative website. I had lost my confidence and developed a real fear of driving. Heavy traffic, motorway driving, poor weather conditions would render me having physical effects of stress like faster heart rate, shaking and I often left at the motorway as soon as possible or I took public transport. I called and made my first appointment and felt immediate relief as I chatted to Naomi as she was the first person to really understand me. She answered all my questions patiently - the scientist in me wanted to understand how it worked! I attended three sessions and noticed a difference from the first session. Slowly, my confidence came back and I used the calming techniques, like breathing, when I drove on the motorways in heavy traffic.Naomi explained my driving anxiety was wrapped up in some wider loss of confidence and I’ve noticed other benefits like going down steep escalators which also caused me some fear and climbing up ladders at home. Naomi has quite literally changed my life – I’m enjoying driving again, I’ve got my self-respect back and it feels good to be driving with confidence. Driving anxiety is nothing to be embarrassed about and it can be conquered. Thank you, Naomi, – life is so much easier since I met you!
I visited Naomi for a few session at the end of last year into the start of this year, for a condition which was seriously impacting my day to day life , but which i managed to hide from almost everyone, Naomi put me at my ease and made me realise i wasn't the only one with this issue and it was also something that could be "fixed". i have just returned from a stress free holiday fort the first time and my normal day to day life is so much better and easier. i am just sorry i didn't contact her years ago!

Amazing chiropractioners. Francesca, Alison and Ed have been life savers to my back on many an occasion. As a hairdresser with a very physical job I have been going here for years. Through repetitive strain at work I have developed a back issue around 2 years ago. They have worked on it many a time and allowed me to strengthen and function and got me well past the chronic stage with great advise for me to strengthen it at home as well. Francesca has given me visceral treatments to help with an abdominal issue I’ve had for a few years as well and done wonders. They are very accommodating, friendly and highly knowledgable and professional, regularly developing their own skills. I travel from Edinburgh specifically to go here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My Granddad and my Mum has also been going here for many years as she puts her back out very easily (uughh must be genetic), and she has gotten first class treatment by them. She has been able to avoid an operation as well due to sacrocranial work done by alison which I and my mum are obviously grateful for. They have also worked on my little niece who was only 6 months old for her reflux issues. Really helped. Highly recommend using them. :-)
Fantastic results every time I have visited Alison at Ayr Chiropractic. I was referred there by a friend who's son had been told he was deaf in one ear but following his visit hears normally. Alison Identified and cured my very painful ear infection for which GP's antibiotics ( 3 lots) had no effect. Over the years several other health issues have also been resolved through this very professional practice. Great service.
