joined the gym at beginning of the year at the old place, good wee gym,different from the big " brand" gyms, it's more 1-1 with the gym instructors and the more experienced gym users like to help out novices, the new gym has now opened and it's excellent, Tony and his team have provided an excellent training facility for both beginners and the more experienced gym user, can't fault it

Nial is a magic physio genie. I've had Sciatica for years and the last bout has lasted nearly 2 years. 4 sessions with acupuncture and manipulation and I feel amazing. All the staff and Andy too are lovely people and put you at ease. Thinking of joining for exercise therapy too.

First class physio with a wealth of experience treating professional ice hockey and rugby players. Has helped hugely with my lower back pain and nerve damage, and is also BUPA registered. Highly recommended.

I've been a member for a short period of time and already love the place and staff! So encouraging and energetic! I'm not so keen on working out but I do it to get in shape and it's safe to say that it's the place full of motivation to keep going!
