The service was excellent. I was very pleased at how efficiently, patiently and professionally my problem was dealt with. I felt out of my depth but was looked after so well. My friend, who also had wonderful support from the company, recommended Storm to me. I was also surprised at the cost as it was a lot less than I expected. I would recommend Storm without hesitation.

Needed to get a very specific replacement part for my keyboard, spoke to Graeme via email and got a very polite, informative and speedy response. Managed to get my order in (after the listed postage cut-off for that day) but still got next day delivery. Wow! Incredibly impressed and my parts were exactly what I need. Could not recommend Kustom PCs highly enough, will definitely be purchasing more from them and plan to go to the store soon!

Great guys, had absolutely zero hassle as they worked through my build. Would highly recommend to anyone who requires advice on a Custom build gaming PC. Build took around 4 days to complete and they provided instructions for home use set-up which was an unexpected bonus. Cannot recommend highly enough.
